MARINA GRIGORYAN

Marina was born in 1963 in Dushanbe, in Soviet Union. She attended art school from 1974 to 1978, and enrolled at the Art Academy in 1978 to study easel painting. She studied with Professor Nogmat Khakimov and Lyubov Kuzina, senior lecture in the Drawing and Composition Department.

She graduated in 1982 and from 1984 through 1994 extremely active as an artist, participating in Group and individual shows. In 1994, Grigoryan immigrated to Israel, where she continued to work as a professional artist. Since then she has added sculpture and ceramics to her repertoire. Since 1996 Grigoryan has exhibited her work at numerous shows in Israel, America and Europe.
